UKCT today publishes ‘Cambridge University’s collaboration with the Chinese military’. The report and the supporting data released by UKCT reveal the university’s work with major Chinese arms manufacturers.
Cambridge says it plans to return most of the £2 million its photonics centre has received from China Aerospace Science and Technology Corporation (CASC), cancel the partnership between the centre and CASC and remove a senior Chinese military scientist from CASC’s steering committee.
