Further Information
Although UK-China Transparency’s impact is significant, our resources are limited.
Since our founding in 2023, our income has amounted to roughly £200,000, with the majority coming from British citizens donating as individuals, including donations from our trustees Andrew Robinson, Sir Bernard Silverman and Martin Village.
We have also received roughly £50,000 from a small consultancy with which we partner to provide educational training and resources to government, business, universities and other organisations, plus around £1,500 in speaker fees from an arms-length body of the British government, around £500 from subscriptions to our Substack blog.
We have been fortunate to enjoy volunteer support in various forms, including from our research volunteers and our director, who worked pro bono for the charity initially.
Further information on our funding can be found in our annual reports, which are published here.
